Mariam spent years in an admin role that never quite matched her ambition. The Business & Management program gave her a structured way back into study without giving up her job — evening case studies, weekend seminars, and a cohort of classmates juggling the same balancing act.

What stuck with her most wasn’t the frameworks, though those mattered. It was being handed real, messy business problems in class and asked to argue a position in front of people who’d push back.

She graduated mid-program into a step up at work, and credits the operations module directly for giving her the vocabulary to make the case for it.
